In a interview by Candy Thomson of the Baltimore Sun, new Transportation Secretary Jim Smith is asked some very specific questions about the broad range of transportation spending in Maryland. Questions focus on funding for the purple line, the backlog of projects in the Baltimore area, Sparrows Point, and a third span for the Bay Bridge.
Secretary Smith is a former Baltimore County Executive and MACo President. According to the article:
