As reported by the Baltimore Sun, 72 percent of homeowners will pay $85, with others paying $34 or $170, depending on the type of house they own. Business property owners will be charged based on the amount of impervious surfaces on their land, while nonprofits and houses of worship will get breaks on the fee.
