Announced by the Carroll County Commissioners last week, Ms. Madeline Morey took position of Carroll County’s Director of Citizen Services on May 28, 2013.

Ms. Morey has dedicated her career to human services. She started her career providing direct services as a Professional Counselor and as a Care Manager for Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital. She served the very youngest to seniors while in private practice…For the last five years, she has been the Child, Youth and School Services Administrator at Fort Meade.

Commissioner Doug Howard, President of the Board of County Commissioners, said, “I am very pleased to welcome Ms. Morey to Carroll County Government and look forward to working with her in her new role. She has extensive experience and expertise and will be an asset to the county.”
