The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) will conduct a Winter Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) Webinar on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The webinar is part of an ongoing series of WIP webinars hosted by MDE to allow for updates and discussion of WIP implementation issues. A previous webinar was held on November 28, 2012. The webinars are targeted to members of each jurisdiction’s WIP team, but other interested county stakeholders are also welcome to participate.
