The Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) and Howard County Council Member Calvin Ball would like to invite all interested parties to attend the first meeting of the Maryland County Officials Minority Caucus.
The meeting will take place on November 14, 2012 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am in the CVG Room of the Howard County Council Suite in the George Howard Building (3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A continental breakfast will be served.
At this meeting, interested parties will guide the formation and purpose of the Caucus by approving bylaws, electing a President, and deciding on a course of action for the Caucus’s future activities.

Attendees should review the draft of the bylaws carefully – the by-laws will be a main topic of discussion and the Caucus looks forward to hearing your valuable feedback and suggestions.
