The gas tax seems to be dying. The Senate wants to increase the income tax for virtually all Marylanders. Delegates, prefer to limit income tax hikes for individuals earning more than 100-thousand.
Lawmakers are also at odds over how to shift the funding of teachers’ pensions to Baltimore City and the counties.
