The Washington Post reports that on Wednesday Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr. presented House Speaker Michael E. Busch with the First Citizen Award.  The award, given annually by the president of the Maryland Senate, is for a Marylander that ” “have been dedicated and effective participants in the process of making government work for the benefit of all.”
