The 2012 MACo Winter Conference begins tomorrow with two Academy for Excellence in Local Governance core sessions followed by a tribute dinner in honor of Former Governor William Donald Schaefer.  The two afternoon Academy session will address conducting effective meetings and the basics of risk management.
