Human service employees must demonstrate compassion for clients and provide outstanding customer service. However, at times they find that their professional boundaries can be stretched as they connect clients with needed services. This session will assist employees with determining professional boundaries and offer effective strategies and assertive responses for use in their work. It will also offer supervisors tips for addressing boundary issues in the workplace and ways to measure their effectiveness.
