This week, MACo welcomes new policy analyst, Rodney Cobb. Rodney has previous work experience with a very similar organization, the Association of Indiana Counties, working with their legislative and policy team.

Rodney has worked in advocacy and policy roles in both Indiana and Ohio, and has covered a range of both state and federal issues. In addition to policy familiarity, his experience with legislative tracking, issue research, information technology, and communications all prepare Rodney for the role ahead, as he joins MACo’s policy staff in covering legislative issues on behalf of county governments.

He has a degree in political science from Indiana University.
