The Allegany County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Office has launched Planning 2.0 to facilitate public comments on land use designations within the county. The interactive online tool uses a mapping interface similar to Google Maps where individuals can search for any property and view two maps, Existing Land Use and Projected Future Land Use.  Public comments regarding an property on the map can be submitted for review by the Allegany County Planning Division.
