John Cross of the Treasury Tax Counsel’s office will be facilitating a free webinar on Thursday May 27th, from 2 – 4pm. Presented by NACo, the two-hour webinar will provide an overview of the programs administered by the U.S. Treasury Department under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the potential benefits there are for county governments, such as reduced borrowing costs.
