The Department of Legislative Services has prepared and released its conference committee summary and its conference committee report. The 31-page summary document, in .pdf format, covers the essential elements of the FY 2011 State Operating Budget.  The conference committee report summarizes the amendments and those House and Senate amendments adopted or rejected by the conference committee.

The Senate adopted the report on the floor this morning.  It is anticipated that the House will adopt the report during tomorrow’s session.
