NACo is in the process of gathering information from its members on how counties can strengthen workforce development through the collaborative efforts of county officials, local industries, and small businesses.   The short survey addresses an array of variables that contribute to county level workforce related efforts, such as financial constraints resulting from the economic downturn.  NACo will present the results to the U.S. Department of Labor.
