The Department of Legislative Services has prepared and released its summary of the House budget plan. The 30-page document, in .pdf format, covers the essential elements of the House plan, as compared to current law, the Governor’s proposed budget, and the Senate Plan.  The House adopted its plan on second reader yesterday and will continue its debate this morning before giving its approval.  Differences in the budget will be reconciled  via a conference committee and a final vote will be taken in the two chambers.
