Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services recently launched a new online tool from MACo Corporate Partner Tyler Technologies to help improve communication, build trust, and keep the public informed.
The online platform, called “Citizen Connect,” supports the county’s goal to provide better service, strengthen safety, and keep government open and transparent. It gives residents easier access to important emergency services information, with the ability to follow public safety trends and learn about county-wide efforts in real time.
With Citizen Connect, residents can:
- View real-time data, including response times and types of emergencies
- Explore interactive maps and dashboards made for Queen Anne’s County
- Get updates about local public safety programs
- Stay involved with a more open and connected local government
