MACo’s Winter Conference will bring together approximately 1200 leaders from across the public and private sectors to discuss the hot policy topics of the day as Maryland heads into its 2025 General Assembly Session.

Maryland officials at all levels of government are faced with very real fiscal and operational challenges. With ever-increasing necessities, priorities, and mandates competing for space in local budgets – and an ongoing crisis in public sector workforce recruitment and retention – county governments are looking for any opportunity to trim costs while increasing the value of public services. This conference will discuss how counties can leverage changing times, shifting budgets, and evolving technologies to achieve fiscally responsible and effective results for the people of Maryland.
