Fun Facts: Which County is Offering Downtown Discovery Days?

As the holidays wind down what better way to bring in the new year than with Downtown Discovery Days in Baltimore! Baltimore is finding ways to encourage visitors to come see some of their most popular attractions in the area.

Returning again this year, Downtown Discovery Days is running from January 2 – 12 2024. During this time visitors can enjoy some of the regions most popular sites at a more affordable rate. Below is a list of some of the attractions and what they have to offer their guests.

B &O Railroad Museum – Explore and learn about early American Railroads. $10 admission from Jan 8 – 12.

Baltimore Museum of Industry – Explore galleries and guided tours about the Industrial Revolution and modernizing Maryland during the 21st century. $5 admission when purchasing online.

The National Aquarium – This event is sold out, however guests may join the waitlist for free tickets to see the amazing wonders of the ocean.

Port Discovery Children’s Museum – $10 admission from Jan 10 – 12. Guests can enjoy three floors of endless activities for children under 8 years old.

Reginald F. Lewis Museum – Visitors can experience the best information on the history and culture of Maryland African Americans. Admission is $2 on Jan 11-12.

The Star-Spangled Banner Flag House – Tour the house for $1 admission from Jan 9-12.

Westminster Hall and Burying Ground – Free self guided tours.
