4 Reminders for Winter #MACoCon

MACo’s Winter Conference is only 4 weeks away – December 8-10, 2021. Here are a few reminders you don’t want to miss… Hundreds of local government stakeholders will gather to learn about county priorities, issues, and solutions at MACo's Winter Conference

If you haven’t registered yet, do it soon! You don’t want to miss this. Our current low rates are available through November 19.

2. Reserve your discounted hotel room
We have blocks at the Hyatt and the Holiday Inn Express. The Hyatt is close to sold out, but we’re taking a waitlist – contact vwhite@mdcounties.org with guest name and check-in/check-out dates if you want a room at the Hyatt.

3. Check out our Solutions Showcase Sessions
In addition to our main program, MACo hosts 30-minute sessions presented by industry experts focusing on solutions for county governments. Interested in topics like cybersecurity, solar, electric vehicle infrastructure, telehealth, or first-responder communications? We have 17 sessions focusing on these topics and more…don’t miss them!

Rural County Coalition Lunch: Thursday, December 9; 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
Rural county elected officials and professional staff are invited to attend to discuss rural issues and solutions.

Large County Coalition Lunch: Thursday, December 9; from 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
Large county elected officials and professional staff are invited to attend to discuss challenges and solutions for larger jurisdictions.
