Baltimore County Begins COVID-19 Eviction Prevention Program

Baltimore County announced that funds are available for the first phase of its COVID-19 Eviction Prevention Program, which provides rental assistance to Baltimore County residents at risk of losing their house due to loss of income from COVID-19.

Applicants must be a resident of Baltimore County with a valid lease agreement, at risk of losing rental housing to income loss specifically from COVID-19, at or below the income limits detailed here, and must have applied for unemployment (or be able to documents that they are ineligible). Applications are being accepted from 10 a.m. today, June 9, through 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12 and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
