The Caroline County Commissioners have formally appointed Jeremy Goldman as County Administrator; Goldman began his new post on January 23, 2019.
Jeremy Goldman brings to Caroline County a wealth of local government experience, most recently serving as County Manager for neighboring Dorchester County, and having previously held the position of Dorchester’s Director of Emergency Services. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, service delivery, project management, economic development, and employee development, recruitment, and retention. Jeremy is an active member of both MACo’s Administrators Affiliate and the National Association of County Administrators.
