Bryan McIntire, a longtime Councilmember in Baltimore County, died this week at 86.

Mr. McIntire served 16 years on the County Council, following many years of service as a prosecutor in Carroll County, where he served as State’s Attorney from 1962 to 1970. Mr. McIntire also served for years as a colorful member of MACo’s Legislative Committee. Read his obituary notice in the Baltimore Sun.
