Enroll in Cyber & Drone Liability Coverage from LGIT

lgitNow is the time to enroll in Cyber Liability Protection & Drone Liability coverage from the Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT). Coverage will begin July 1, 2016. Deadline to enroll is June 15, 2016!

For Cyber Coverage,

Please go to LGIT CYBER to enroll by simply answering 5 questions.

LGIT highly recommends this vital coverage. It provides property and liability coverage for hacking,
breaching and theft of personal identifiable information from computer systems. Legal mandates require that victims be notified when their information has been breached. This can be very costly and can require paying for credit monitoring services. This coverage also includes forensics costs, business interruption, public relations, media liability, libel, slander, defamation, cyber extortion, network security liability, and fines and penalties imposed by government or the payment card industry. In addition, free loss control services are included at CyberRiskIQ (Complete the New User Registration form; enter 10448 in the Access Code field, and create your personal user name and password, then login).

Current Cyber Members do not need to re-enroll.

For Drone Coverage,

Please complete our Drone Application and return for approval. We highly recommend reviewing the Drone Presentation as well. Once approved, we can provide this very important coverage for FREE.

Also note, that your LGIT property form provides a $2500 limit with a $500 deductible automatically for free as well. Please contact the Underwriting Department with any questions.
