A Washington County press release (2016-04-05) announced the swearing in of new County Commissioner Wayne K. Keefer. From the press release:

A Hancock resident, Keefer has degrees from Hagerstown Community College and Frostburg State University. Keefer has more than 10 years’ experience in the banking industry, most notably with CNB Bank.
“I look forward to working for and with the citizens of Washington County,” Keefer stated. “Each Commissioner brings something unique to the table. I cannot wait to work with and contribute to the County team.”
