The Governor’s office has released a list of bills to be signed tomorrow, April 28. Leading the list is the much-watched bill altering the laws governing county stormwater fees and plans, SB 863. Other public safety bills and legislation aiming to improve Maryland’s business competitiveness are among the scores of bills being approved during the morning ceremony (9-11 am).

Among county issues from the 2015 session include reforms to the Maryland Public Information Act and the Local Government Tort Claims Act, creation of the new Maryland False Claims Act, and regulation of unmanned “drone” aircraft.
