The Maryland Rural Counties Coalition (MRCC), a MACo Chapter Organization, is hosting an economic summit on Friday, November 15, from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Governor Calvert House (58 State Circle) in Annapolis.
The summit will feature a keynote address by Anirban Basu of the Sage Policy Group on “The Economic Impact, and Quality of Life Importance of Maryland’s Rural Counties,” a roundtable discussion by Maryland legislators on rural issues, and the MRCC’s business meeting to set 2014 legislative priorities.
