The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Wisconsin Population Health Institute have released the 2012 report “County Health Rankings & Roadmaps.” The annual report provides a snapshot of local health condition by examining a variety of measures that examine individual health behaviors, education and jobs, quality of health care, and the environment.
