The National Center on Senior Transportation (NCST) has issued a request for proposals for mobility management projects that enhance transportation options for older adults by nonprofits and local government agencies. Grants of up to $50,000 will be awarded for 9-12 months. The NCST anticipates making 8 awards, with at least 2 awards in each of the following categories:
- Peer-mobility management and employment;
- Mobility management in rural or frontier areas
- Mobility management integration within current practices
- Mobility management applied to the family of senior transportation options
Proposals must be submitted by no later than December 23, 2011.
