Request to Reinstate Highway User Revenues

As reported by the Cumberland Times-News, Garrett County Commissioners want their local representatives in the Maryland General Assembly to push for full reinstatement of highway user revenues to the counties.

“They would not be able to provide services for their citizens, and what a real loss,” Commissioner Jim Raley said last week when Sen. George Edwards and Delegate Wendell Beitzel stopped by to discuss the upcoming legislative session.
