On December 14, the Rural Maryland Council will be hosting a day long program entitled “Statewide Health Care Reform Forum: Provisions for Decisions That Matter to Rural Maryland Families and Communities.”  The seminar will provide an overview of how the new Patient Protection and Affordability Act of 2010 will impact rural families, communities, and businesses.
