As we have highlighted on the Conduit Street Blog from time to time, the National Association of Counties (NACo) offers a number of web-based educational seminars that focus on issues facing elected officials and county employees and the best practices to consider when implementing solutions.   This Thursday, September 30th, NACo will be hosting a webinar entitled “Making Rural Roads Safe, Understanding Retroreflectivity for Signs and Pavement Markings.” The 90 min session,  which begins at 2pm, addresses the current retroreflectivity standards for road signs and the new standards for Pavement marking Retroreflectivity.  To register for this free seminar click here.
