Newspaper Series: “Troubled Waters: The Fight to Save the Bay”

The Annapolis Capital is running a series of articles detailing past and present efforts to clean up the Chesapeake Bay, entitled “Troubled Waters: The Fight to Save the Bay.”  The paper is seeking to cover both background issues from past years, and more contemporary debates over cleanup and costs.

The ambitious series is laid out over several days (the week of September 29-October 4) as follows:

SUNDAY: The problem

MONDAY: Missed deadlines

TUESDAY: Following the money

WEDNESDAY: Saving the message

THURSDAY: Storm over fees

FRIDAY: A moment of truth
