Diversity Caucus Reception: Thursday, December 11, 2025, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Attendees who are passionate about promoting diversity in local government are invited to this reception for networking and a chance to hear from guest speaker, Melony Griffith, President, Maryland Hospital Association.

Rural County Coalition Lunch: Thursday, December 11, 2025, 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Rural county elected officials, and professional staff are invited to attend to discuss the Local Government Energy Modernization Grant program, and hear from guest speaker Kristin Mielcarek, Program Manager, University of Maryland’s Environmental Finance Center.
