The 25th annual Impact Awards ceremony will be held during the Rural Maryland Council’s Executive Board meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. This prestigious event celebrates individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond in their service to rural communities throughout Maryland, and their dedication has had a profound impact on the quality of life.

  • Rural Economic Development
  • Rural Community Development
  • Rural Champion
