This week, the Harford County Council has appointed Nolanda Robert to fill the vacant District A seat. A Democrat with decades of professional and civic experience, Robert was one of three candidates recommended by the Harford County Democratic Central Committee.
Robert’s background includes 18 years in the Cecil County court system. Robert actively participates in local organizations, serving as vice chair of the Harford County Democratic Club, a board member of the Harford NAACP, and a member of the County’s Mental Health and Substance Abuse Advisory Council.
