Cecil County Executive Adam Streight has announced a new leadership team following the confirmation of five new directors by the County Council on December 3, 2024.

This leadership team reflects Executive Streight’s commitment to building an effective, responsive, and transparent county government.

“I am delighted with the leadership team that has joined the administration,” said County Executive Streight. “I also want to thank President Al Miller and the Cecil County Council for their confirmation votes at their legislative meeting. This team will focus on my strategic priorities to bring effective, responsive, and transparent county government to all residents and stakeholders.”

The following individuals have been appointed to leadership roles:

• Dan Schneckenburger: Cecil County Administrator
• Keith Baynes: County Attorney
• Sally Kilby Dulin: Director of Human Resources
• Patrick Campbell: Director of Emergency Services
• Sandra Edwards: Director of Economic Development

In addition to these appointments, several directors from the previous administration have been retained, ensuring continuity in key areas:

• Scott Flanigan: Director of Public Works
