The Washington County Board of County Commissioners is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Harbaugh as the new Transit Director for
Washington County Transit.
Harbaugh brings a wealth of experience and a longstanding commitment to public transit to his new role. Harbaugh has dedicated the past 13 years to serving as the Fleet & Facility Manager for Washington County Transit, where he played a vital role in maintaining and improving transit services for the community. His expertise in fleet management and facility operations has been instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the county’s transit system.
Andrew Eshleman, Director of Public Works for Washington County, expressed his confidence in Harbaugh’s leadership:
