LGIT Launches New Crisis Comms Services for Members

Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT) has partnered with Julie Parker Communications (JPC) to provide their members with a valuable new resource—crisis communications services.

In a public relations crisis, members can now access expert crisis communications services to quickly and effectively control the narrative and build trust with their audience.

When a crisis hits, whether it’s a reputational issue or a significant event like an act of mass violence, having a strong communications strategy is crucial. Julie Parker and her experienced team specialize in crisis communications and guide organizations of all sizes through high-profile events with clear and consistent messaging. The JPC team comprises current and former government public information officers, TV news reporters, and current/retired police chiefs. These are individuals who have handled major news stories from both sides of the camera. This expertise equips JPC to help LGIT members navigate traditional and social media during a crisis.
