The Center for Digital Government announced the 2024 Digital Counties Survey winners, highlighting counties leading in transparency, engagement, and digital innovation. This year’s Digital Counties Survey awards celebrate local digital government achievements, from enhancing cybersecurity to expanding the use of AI and analytics. Calvert County has secured the top spot in the up to 150,000 population category.
The Center for Digital Government assesses counties in each of the five population categories for those who have distinguished themselves through significant investments in overhauling critical government systems and their proactive adoption of emerging technologies. Calvert County’s Information Technology team has demonstrated its commitment to providing services to all residents, enhancing internal systems, and fostering collaboration and innovation within their team.
