The Washington County Board of County Commissioners appointed Anthony Napoli as the new Transit Director. With a rich background in public transit and a decade of experience spanning various roles, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for transportation to Washington County.
Napoli has collaborated with several prominent state agencies and organizations throughout his career, including NJ State Agencies, State Transit, Somerville County, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. These experiences have equipped him with the skills and expertise to lead Washington County’s transportation division toward growth and excellence.
According to a press release:
“I am thrilled to join the Washington County team and look forward to expanding and enhancing our transportation services,” said Napoli. “My goal is to ensure that our transit system is efficient, safe, and meets the needs of our community. I am committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.”
