Mayor Scott Prevails over Dixon, Others in Mayoral Primary

Baltimore City mayoral election primary results for sixteen candidates who were in the running for the top job. 

Twelve candidates competed in the Democratic primary for Baltimore City Mayor alongside incumbent Mayor Brandon M. Scott. Current results show Mayor Brandon Scott has won the primary race with 51 percent of the vote over a close second in former Baltimore City Mayor, Sheila Dixon, with 41 percent.

The Republican primary currently stands at 40 percent to Shannon Wright (R), 37 percent to Michael Moore (R), and 23 percent to Donald E. Scoggins (R).
