Lauren Hoover has joined MACo’s Member Services team, and will help support the association’s member outreach, events, and educational programs. She was with the staff during the winter conference, and is now fully onboarded following her recent relocation to our area, from Texas.

Lauren Hoover joins MACo as Administrative Assistant, following work in different advancing roles with both the City of Houston and Harris County, Texas. Ms. Hoover has also held positions in education, business development, and customer service.

“I’m very glad to have Ms. Hoover join our Annapolis team,” said Executive Director Michael Sanderson. “She draws on a lot of experience, and has already shared several thoughts on advancing our service to county members. She should be a great fit and an asset for our members.”

Ms. Hoover has a bachelor’s degree in English from Prairie View A&M University, and has taken coursework toward an advanced degree in business administration.
