Be Inspired! Join Carolyn Mozell at the Women of MACo & Diversity Caucus Reception

On Wednesday evening of MACo’s Winter Conference, attend the Women of MACo & Diversity Caucus Reception to be inspired and encouraged by Guest Speaker Carolyn Mozell.

A compassionate leader, communicator and connector passionate about putting more kindness into the world through leadership, Carolyn Mozell has served in some of the highest levels of local government leadership for over 25 years.

According to her website bio,

Carolyn has been an advisor to business owners, City Council members, Mayors, and Cabinet level leaders in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership development, organization development, customer service delivery, economic and community development, and municipal budgeting.

She has served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Neighborhood and Economic Development and Equity, Chief of Staff, Assistant Deputy Mayor, Director of Business and Economic Development, Deputy Chief of Staff for Administration, and Fiscal Director.

Carolyn is on a mission to put more kind leadership into the world and uses her many years of leading complex teams, advising leaders, and her signature framework to diagnose, prescribe and deliver data-based solutions to help leaders learn what they need to create a positive, thriving, and productive workplace culture.

She is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, BA African American Studies, Public Policy Concentration, a certified DISC Behavioral Assessment Practitioner and a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
