Description: For families in need, navigating the world of government services can be a daunting experience. There is a wealth of county agencies under the broad umbrella of “human services” – Local Management Boards, Social Services Departments, Area Agencies on Aging, and more. They are all working to help target resources and provide aid to your community’s most vulnerable populations. Attend this session to learn how county human services professionals coordinate and collaborate to provide care to your communities.
