wc16-sponsorship-brochure-cover MACo’s Winter Conference is December 7-9, 2016. More than 500 of Maryland’s county leaders and legislators gather at MACo’s Winter Conference to discuss the preeminent policy issues of the day.

As a sponsor of MACo’s Winter Conference, you will have the opportunity to get your company’s name, products, and services in front of the people you want to reach – decision-makers and stakeholders in local government.

In addition to other benefits listed in our 2016 Winter Conference Sponsorship Brochure, all sponsor information will be displayed on signage, online, in the printed program, and in our mobile app.

Here are several of the many sponsorship opportunities we are offering to help sponsors reach out to MACo’s Winter Conference attendees:

	Mobile Device Charging Station – Give them the charge they need! All of our 500+ attendees will see the charging station and appreciate your generosity for providing such a necessary service! Sponsor logo will be displayed on the mobile charging station.
	After Hours Party – Be the host! Our guests like to gather in the evenings for networking and socializing. You could be the sponsor of the refreshments on Wednesday OR Thursday evening from 9:30 -11:30 pm. Decide the menu and offerings and have a representative present to welcome guests! Sponsor will be verbally thanked by MD at the end of that evening’s banquet, guests encouraged to attend. Sponsor receives 2 tickets to the evening’s banquet.
	Giveaways like First Aid Kits – Very visible, these items are given to each conference attendee!
	Affiliate Meeting Sponsor – Speak directly to county decision-makers! Several of MACo’s 14 affiliate organizations meet during our Winter Conference. These groups focus on specific areas of county government: Administrators, Attorneys, Emergency Managers, Information Technology, Human Services, Health, and Parks & Recreation. This is a great opportunity to speak directly to front-line professionals and staff decision-makers about your area of expertise. Sponsor may attend the meeting and speak for 5 minutes and logo will be printed on meeting room signage. Sponsor must be approved by MACo and the affiliate organization.
	Mobile App – This is the best way to navigate our conference! The app includes the schedule, speaker info, maps, and profiles for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Participants can post in an Activity Feed to share their conference experience! Sponsors will get branding in the app and promoted posts on the Activity Feed.
