The Maryland Department of Planning has introduced “Maryland InfoPortal” – a new “one-stop shop” for finding information on over 700 State assistance programs. From a 2016-06-27 email notice:

The Maryland InfoPortal (formerly called Redbook Online), the digital catalog for information on financial and non-financial assistance offered by Maryland state government agencies, is a free, user-friendly database managed by the Maryland Department of Planning. The State Clearinghouse for Intergovernmental Assistance hosts the site and coordinates the timeliness and accuracy of the information with a network of more than 80 sponsoring agencies.

Maryland InfoPortal contains links to 700-plus state programs providing financial, non-financial and technical assistance and direct development to local government, civic and private organizations, and individuals.

What type of program information is available to search through the Maryland InfoPortal?

Financial Assistance & Direct Development: Including Grants and Loans, Day Care/Elder Care, Education, Health Care, Insurance, Scholarships, Housing and Community Development, Homelessness, and Small Business
