Reminder: SDAT Business Personal Property File Deadline – April 15

The April 15th deadline is quickly approaching for Business Personal Property returns. Business owners may file online using the Maryland Business Express, www.maryland.gov/businessexpress.

Please note The Department of Assessments and Taxation has updated its Business Personal Property phone numbers to better serve its customers. Contact the Business Personal Property Division by email, SDAT.PersProp@Maryland.gov or the main phone number which is 410-767-1170.

Certified values from the Business Personal Property Division will be distributed to the localities starting in June.
