Harford County Executive Barry Glassman will serve as Chair to the Baltimore Metropolitan Council’s Board of Directors for the coming year, with Howard County Executive Allen Kittleman serving as Vice Chair.

According to the Baltimore Metropolitan Council press release,

The Board of Directors will vote to install Harford County Executive Barry Glassman as Chair for 2016. Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman will serve as Vice-Chair.
