Last week, Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT) published a flood/hurricane seasonal alert.  As we enter into hurricane season’s peak (September), LGIT offers tips and reminders to help you prepare for a severe storm.  Some of these tips include:

• Emergency supplies that should be kept on hand
• Things you can do to prevent flooding
• Create plans in case of an emergency
