Howard County is hosting its fifth annual financial literacy event, “Money Matters: A Fresh Start,” on April 2, to provide resources and techniques to residents on how to establish and maintain healthy financial habits. Free credit reports, tax advice, and preparation are being offered at the event.  This financial literacy event is free and open to the public.
